Shipping & Installation

Warranty & Support

  • GoPod office pods are backed by a limited commercial warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Coverage varies by component, including up to 4 years for structural frames and panels, 3 years for acoustic components and seals, and 2 years for electrical components and factory-installed accessories.

  • The GoPod limited commercial warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use during the applicable warranty period. Coverage includes structural frames and panels, acoustic components and seals, electrical components, and factory-installed accessories and components. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification or unsuitable site conditions is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

  • No. Customer-arranged installation does not, by itself, cancel or reduce the applicable GoPod limited commercial warranty, provided the pod is assembled and used according to the supplied instructions. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification, improper electrical connection or unsuitable site conditions may not be covered.

  • Contact GoPod with your order information and a description of the issue. Photos may also be requested. GoPod will review the issue and coordinate replacement parts, repair support or another appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable warranty.
