GoPod office pods are backed by a limited commercial warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Coverage periods vary by component as outlined below.

If a covered defect arises during the applicable warranty period, GoPod will assist with the claim and coordinate the appropriate resolution, which may include:

Troubleshooting and technical support

Replacement parts

Repair or replacement of covered components

Coordination with an approved service technician when required

Warranty remedies are subject to the applicable GoPod warranty terms and conditions.

What is Not Covered

The limited commercial warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly covered by an applicable written warranty, coverage does not include:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes or deterioration resulting from ordinary use.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or improper handling.

• Damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, disassembly, relocation or modification.

• Damage caused by failure to follow supplied assembly, operating, care or maintenance instructions.

• Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, replacement parts, accessories or modifications.

• Damage resulting from unsuitable site conditions, electrical supply issues, water, fire, excessive moisture or other external causes.

• Damage occurring during transportation, relocation or handling after delivery and acceptance, except where covered by an applicable freight or damage claim.

• Consumable items or components that require routine replacement due to normal use.

  These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
