Because GoPod products may be shipped directly from a manufacturer or supplier to the customer, we may provide the customer’s name, shipping address, receiving contact information and order details to the manufacturer, freight carrier, installer or other parties involved in fulfilling the order.

If a customer provides information about another receiving contact, employee, contractor or end customer, the customer confirms that it has authority to provide that information for delivery, installation and order-administration purposes.

Business Transfers

If GoPod is involved in a proposed or completed sale, financing, reorganization, merger or transfer of all or part of the business, personal information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.
